Wednesday –  9 AM CrossBox , Their will be no night schedule with open training until 4pm
Thursday –Eat lots of Turkey , a home workout will be posted
Friday – No scheduled classes, Their will be three different workouts to choose from.
Saturday – Regular Class schedule.
