     Hi my name is Olga and I am 45 year old last July I started healthy Journey weighing 235.8 I didn't know where to start. I started running and the weigh was coming off then I was Stuck and heard a friend say she was trying cross train so I said what do I have to loss. I got myself a groupon in January and have been in love ever since. With running , eating healthy and cross train I am 56.8 pounds to date. Cross train is a must try. Donny and Kevin are so helpful and Encouraging. The best part is that no Matter what fitness level u are at u will get Results.

CrossTrain Sports Club is now offering Small Group Sessions for TRX Suspension Training and Weight Training for Women.


  The CrossTrain Sports Club is now offering Small Group Training Sessions, in addition to our current Group Class schedule. The sessions are offered in a more intimate setting , limiting  the number of participants to 8 per group. The sessions are a great alternative to traditional personal training, which can get mountainous without the motivation of a group, and also can get costly ! The CSC will be offering a Groupon Special for both programs at a significantly discounted price , to give everybody the opportunity to see if the session are  the right step towards their fitness goals.
